Terms and Conditions — 388 Platform

1. Eligibility

The 388 platform is available to adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 388 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, and accounts found to be registered by minors will be closed immediately with any remaining balance returned to the deposit source where possible.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 388 complies with the laws applicable in your location. 388 does not warrant that the platform is legal in every jurisdiction. If you are unsure about the rules that apply to you, please seek independent advice before registering.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or have voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling service.
• Employees of 388 and their immediate family members are not eligible to use the platform for real-money gaming.

2. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account at 388. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person — based on shared device, IP address, payment method or personal details — 388 reserves the right to close all but the original account and void any winnings generated from the additional accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and current personal information. You must update this information if anything changes. Providing false details at registration — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being permanently closed.

• One account per person. No shared or joint accounts.
• Your account credentials are personal to you. Do not share your password.
• 388 may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or after account activity triggers a review.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy as set out in the platform rules.

3. Deposits & Payments

388 accepts deposits in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. All deposits are credited to your account in PKR and there is no currency conversion applied. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method used and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are for the purpose of gaming on the 388 platform only. Depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without any gaming activity may be considered suspicious and may trigger a review of your account. 388 does not act as a banking or payment service.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 388 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposit processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits typically arrive within minutes, bank transfers may take longer.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for outgoing transfers. 388 processes withdrawal requests in PKR. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification by providing a copy of your CNIC or equivalent identity document.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard processing times are displayed in the cashier section. 388 does not guarantee a specific processing timeline as some delays may be caused by your payment provider rather than the platform.

• Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method where possible.
• Any bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 388 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal as part of standard account security procedures.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

388 runs welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback deals and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own set of terms, including a wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, time limit and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. General bonus rules that apply across all 388 promotions unless the individual promotion states otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus per customer. New accounts are eligible; existing accounts are not.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the associated winnings.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• If a withdrawal is requested while bonus wagering requirements are still active, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• 388 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 388 covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and other major tournaments, football, esports and other markets. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the customer except in specific circumstances described in the individual market rules.

Odds on the 388 platform can change in real time, particularly for in-play markets. The odds at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet — not the odds displayed a few seconds before or after you clicked.

• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to match abandonment or other qualifying events will be refunded at the original stake.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay for processing. 388 is not responsible for connection-related issues that prevent an in-play bet from being recorded.
• Obvious pricing errors — for example, an odds value that is clearly incorrect due to a data feed error — may be voided by 388 even after confirmation. Customers will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are set by 388 and may be adjusted without notice based on market conditions.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including coordinated betting activity across multiple accounts, may result in account review and possible bet voidance.

7. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games and slots available in the 388 game lobby — including live casino, table games, fish shooting and bingo — are provided by third-party game providers. The rules of each game are determined by the provider and are accessible within the game interface. 388 does not alter the mechanics or outcomes of any game supplied by a provider.

Random number generator (RNG) games produce outcomes determined by certified software. Live casino games are operated by real dealers at studios managed by the game provider. 388 does not have direct control over the live studio environment but partners with providers who maintain industry-standard equipment and dealer training.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts in casino games are set per title and may vary by room or table.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live session, any incomplete bet will be resolved according to the provider's disconnection policy, which is detailed in the individual game rules.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect payout to be credited, 388 reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings arising from a technical malfunction do not constitute valid wins.
• Bingo prize payouts are determined by the room structure and jackpot conditions displayed before ticket purchase.

8. Account Conduct

388 expects all users to behave in a manner that does not harm other users, the platform, or the integrity of games. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Using software, bots, scripts or other tools to automate or manipulate betting or game activity.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or technical errors in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Using abusive, threatening or discriminatory language in any live chat feature.
• Attempting to circumvent betting limits by spreading activity across multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms through coordinated account activity.

Accounts found in breach of conduct standards may be suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently closed if the breach is confirmed. Any winnings generated during a period of confirmed misconduct may be forfeited.

9. Security & Fraud Prevention

388 employs security measures to protect accounts and transactions. As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share your account details with anyone — including 388 staff, who will never ask for your password.

To protect against fraud and money laundering, 388 complies with standard financial security practices. This includes monitoring transaction patterns and, where required, requesting identity verification before processing certain withdrawals. These checks are standard procedure and are not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the customer.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account, 388 may temporarily restrict access while the activity is reviewed.
• Accounts used to facilitate money laundering or other illegal financial activity will be closed and relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities.

10. Account Closure

You may close your 388 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance — excluding uncleared bonus funds — will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification. Closure requests are processed in the order received and may take a few business days to complete.

388 may close or suspend an account at its discretion if:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years old.
• The account has been used in breach of these terms.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected or confirmed.
• The account has been idle for an extended period with no response to reactivation communications.

In the event of an account closure initiated by 388 for conduct reasons, any outstanding withdrawals may be withheld pending review. Valid balances unrelated to the breach will be returned following the completion of any investigation.

11. Responsible Gaming

If you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, you are encouraged to use these tools or take a break from the platform.

• You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Self-exclusion requests can be made through customer support and will take effect promptly.
• During a self-exclusion period, 388 will not send promotional communications to the affected account.
• Responsible gaming features are for the benefit of the user. 388 will not circumvent a self-restriction applied at the user's request.

12. Liability

388 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and events outside 388's control may affect platform availability. 388 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 388's liability to any user is limited to the amount held in that user's account at the time of the relevant claim. 388 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or consequential losses arising from platform unavailability, game results, or account closures carried out in accordance with these terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

388 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the contact details on their account or through a notification displayed at login. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
